Doug Ibold born Edward Douglas Ibold was born on January 23, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is a graduate of Florida State University. He worked on board the U.S.S. Wasp as a CBS pool camera operator before working as a camera assistant and editor for John Lennon and Yoko Ono on the 1972 feature film “Imagine.”
